(WIP) Winter night + arctic parallax
A downloadable asset pack
Hi everyone,
A bit busy for the past few months so I'll upload the parallax as I finish them.
I plan to add 3 other parallax to that series:
- Winter night (done)
- Ocean/beach view (50%)
- Arctic (done)
- Alien planet (not started)
I don't know when I can finish, might be weeks, might be months, so instead of waiting I'll just upload them here as they come.
As with previous ones, these works best for side shooter "a la R-type delta" or other game of the genre but I guess they could work in other types of game as well. I've seen some people using them differently and I loved it.
Update of 15th June, in this file you will find:
- Winter night parallax: 5 layers with numbering (0 is forefront)
Update of 18th June, in this file you will find:
- Winter night parallax: 5 layers with numbering (0 is forefront)
- Arctic parallax: 8 layers with numbering (0 is forefront)

Im using your assets for the ground but I need to fill out the sky with clouds and other objects in the distance.

I originally planned to have some. A bit like in the "normal" forest parallax (idk if you saw it, there is a link and a gif on the page). But this parallax has been sitting duck for weeks so I decided to upload it as it is now.
I think you can feel a bit of emptiness in the blue area, below midline tree. This is this layer missing.
But your answer motivates me so ... hopefully I'll be able to find some time to add a layer for trees like that.
